Pathamawan, or Linda to clients and colleagues, joined GroupM in 2006 as Insights Director of Mindshare Thailand. She became Managing Director of Mindshare in 2014, and subsequently Group CEO in 2022. Her career began in 1990 as AE trainee at Lintas (LOWE), where she was Account Director until 1995, when she joined Bates Thailand. She returned to LOWE in 1997 as Associate Director, was promoted to VP, and subsequently became a strategic planner.

Danielle West was born in a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts and has lived in Toronto, London, Singapore and Los Angeles before moving to Bangkok. Danielle has been working in digital since 1999 across analytics, content, customer experience, omnichannel marketing and data strategy in the US, EMEA and APAC regions. She has worked with brands such as Disney, Sony, Activision, PayPal, Monster, Unilever, M&S, ANZ bank, Malaysia Airlines, Lazada, Informa, Bauer Media and Timberland to name a few. Having worked client side, agency side and tech vendor side, she offers a comprehensive perspective necessary in understanding the needs and objectives of all stakeholders for digital transformation strategies and personalized customer experience strategies at scale.
